    Please keep in mind the nature of a mystery box and try not to include a long request list so that we can keep it a surprise for you!

What is a Premium Mystery Box?

Every Premium Women's Mystery Box includes a high-quality Player or Vapour/Match shirt in the available sizing. The shirt may be from a domestic club or national team from any season!

A mystery premium shirt is guaranteed to be a women's home/away/third women's football shirt, and may also have added personalisation (i.e., could feature a women's football star's nameset and/or a league or tournament arm patch).

What is a Standard Mystery Box?

Every Standard Women's Mystery Box includes a high-quality Player or Training shirt, in the available sizing. The shirt may be from a domestic club or national team from any season!

A mystery standard shirt might be from a home/away/third kit from current or past seasons, OR a training/pre-match top from an official women's team training collection.

What is a Kids Mystery Box?

Kids Mystery Boxes are available in Premium or Standard and includes sizing from 3-15 yrs.

Once you choose Premium or Standard you can select your sizing. These are grouped off based on child and teen age ranges:

  • Older Kids
  • Younger Kids

Older Kids is suitable for children and teens aged 8-15.

Younger Kids is suitable for kids aged 3-7. 

The boxes will contain a mystery women’s football item that may be a football shirt, training item, or full kit!

Premium boxes are guaranteed to include a women's football shirt or kit, and may be personalised!

Do you ship worldwide and how long will it take to delivery my mystery box?

Yes we ship anywhere in the world using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. We make sure women's football fans are connected globally through our official merch!

Orders get fulfilled within a 4-14 working day period.

Mystery Box orders placed on Black Friday will aim to be processed within 24-36hrs.

Please bear with us whilst we get your order ready for postage.

Once processed:

  • UK orders will be delivered within 48hrs.
  • Rest of World orders usually deliver within 5-7 days of being posted. However, please be aware delivery times vary per country due to customs times. We recommend you check your country's estimated delivery customs period regarding parcels departing from the UK.

Every customer will receive a tracking number for their parcel as soon as we have it processed and ready for shipment!

Can I return my mystery box?

Mystery Boxes can be returned but not exchanged.

Mystery items must be returned in the same condition within 14 days.

We cannot accept returned Mystery Box orders if there is evidence of a product being worn, altered, and/or damaged.
